Puppy Questionnaire

Once your application is approved, we will email you a Puppy Deposit Agreement. Please be detailed with your responses in the questionnaire. I want to know what kind of home the puppy would be going to. I won’t reply to applications that only have one word answers. I usually respond to inquiries within 24 hours. If you haven’t heard from me, please email me @ www.triplethreatlabradors.com. For some reason replies through my website don’t always get received.  I don’t know if someone doesn’t receive it or they just aren’t responding back unless they follow back up.
