Puppy Questionnaire

Once your application is approved, we will email you a Puppy Deposit Agreement. Please be detailed with your responses in the questionnaire. I want to know what kind of home the puppy will be going to. I won’t reply to applications that only have one word answers.  I respond to ALL inquiries within 24 hours or less. If you haven’t heard from me, please email again or text me. For some reason replies through my website don’t always get received. Unfortunately, I don’t know if someone doesn’t receive it or they just aren’t responding back unless they follow back up.
